affiliations, to your reception, florist, music,
photographer and honeymoon, etc.

Most venues require a deposit sometimes
up to 50% to hold your dates… this is
based on each venue and their policies.

When you choose your date remember it’s
always based on availability… dates fill up
very fast… it’s very important to book and
secure your dates as soon as possible…

You have to determine and establish a
budget and work from that budget…most
venues can work with an established
budget… remember it will depend on what
selections you want to complete your
special day…

You will need to determine your cost…what
is the cost factors for food and beverage for
each person etc. How simple or elaborate
you would like your wedding to be
designed… the types of flowers you want…
What season you want… flowers are
available for most all seasons…
The cost of Flowers depends on the type of
flowers and selections you want, as well as
the design and style…

Example: Lets say your planning your
wedding with 3 to 5 Bridesmaids…
You would like top of the line flowers
Orchids, Hydrangeas, Special Ordered
Roses, & Calla Lilies… you think it would be
in your budget well it might cover 3 maybe 4
bouquets… what about the rest of the
wedding party…what about the church
flowers and the reception centerpieces for
the tables etc… most places you reserve
for your reception will supply a mirror and
candles of some kind for each table …
Without Flowers…

It’s important to establish a flower budget
that a florist is able to work with when
planning your wedding.
